Career Aptitude Interest Psychometric Testing

Sometimes a student is not sure about what their true strengths are. They do not know what career pathways their aptitudes might support. There are also other factors that might impact their career choices. For example their ability to work in a chaotic system, or their need to work alone rather than in groups would impact the choices they make about their future career. Their actual interest level in a particular field or phenomena may not be in sync with their actual current aptitudes.

To give students a deeper insight into the questions they have, to help them better plan their futures, and to actually use their attributes well, our team embarked on a research exercise to identify a team of professional psychologists that could work with us to design and deliver a psychometric test to answer these questions.

Today, with ASCEND PSYCHOLOGY, we administer and deliver the Career Indicator Program (CIP).

Call us to make an appointment for your CIP Test and your Assessment after the test.
