FAQ's

As part of the application requirements you will need to send official reports of your scores to the colleges and universities that you applied to. A photocopy of your score report is not considered official. You will need to request the Educational Testing Services (ETS) (www.ets.org) in New Jersey, USA to send additional mark sheets of your scores directly to the Universities of your choice. ETS will provide these reports to your colleges for a fee. You do not need to re-send your scores to colleges you mentioned as free scores.

TOEFL & TWE

To request for this service you can use the Score Report Request form in your TOEFL bulletin. You will be charged $12 per score report. The payment can be made by a dollar draft payable to ETS-TOEFL or by a credit card. If you are paying by credit card you may fax the form.

Red Alert

Credit card payments are valid only through the VISA or MasterCard or American Express.

If you need to request your scores to be sent to more than 4 colleges, you may photocopy and fill in the form provided in the bulletin. If you have taken the TWE, your score will be reported along with the TOEFL.

Scores that are more than 2 years old will not be reported.

You may also request for your scores to be sent by phone. You will be charged at $12 per call and $11 per score report. (*New fee schedules for 2000 –2001may be higher). This is in addition to the telephone charge of an international call. To request more than 4 score recipients you will need to call again. You will need to pay by credit card.

If at the time of registering for the test you have already finalized your schools you may request up to 4 additional score reports on the registration form itself.
