If you are applying to a top university or for financial aid and have plenty of accolades, you may want to prepare a one-page resume that summarizes your achievements over the past four years.

You can list all your academic achievements and scholarships that you have been a recipient of as well as any leadership positions you have held.  You can add details of memberships in organizations or events that you organized. Also include your achievements in co-curricular activities from sports to fine arts. 

If you have earned any special skills outside the academic syllabus such as learning a foreign language, completing a web designing or animation course you can add this to your resume as well.

You could also list the community service you have performed.
