The recommendation is a part of your application procedure. Typically MBA Universities require applicants to provide 2 letters of recommendations. Graduates straight out of college would get these letters from professors who have taught them in college. For those who are professionals, based on the length and nature of your work, you should get one if not both letters from your employer / immediate supervisor. In case you have been working for the family business, opt for a client / vendor referral. The recommendation letter must portray your strengths and achievements in areas such as leadership, teamwork, and decision-making. Hence provide instances / incidences that show your initiative, responsiveness, responsibility and maturity.

A Recommendation Form is generally mailed to you along with your application package, which the university would require your recommender to fill. Each university has a different format for the recommendation form.

If your employers / professors allow you to draft the letters, we customize and personalize letters of recommendation drafts, which your employers / teachers can then simply review and edit and sign. We will guide you thoroughly on how to prepare your recommendations and who to get them from.
