In addition to assessing your eligibility, universities also need to see some proof of your financial capability. Hence as a part of your application form, you will be asked to fill in the financial certification, outlining the financial arrangements you have made in your home country.  This needs to be supported by a bank letter, to further validate your claims of having the required resources.  In some cases, universities may ask you for a notarized affidavit from your sponsor.
