What are the different ways in which I can fill an application?
1. We have experienced that the quickest way of filling an application form is by filling it online.  Today a number of Universities offer online application forms.  The only disadvantage being that a few Universities insist that you pay the application fees online for which you require an international credit card.

2. You can also download application forms from the website of the university and after printing the forms you can fill them up.  Forms are best filled in your own handwriting in Black ball pen, in fact some Universities may insist on the color blue for instance.

3. When a form states “Please PRINT” it means UPPERCASE or CAPITALS.

4. You can also request the university to mail you the applications forms and brochures.

5. Common Application or the Common App as it is popularly known, allows you to complete a single form and send photocopies to any of 164 undergraduate colleges and universities, which accept the common application.  These include such elite private institutions such as Harvard, Dartmouth and Duke.  Sometimes one of the participant universities to whom you apply may send you a couple of their own forms incase they need further information.

Our advice to you is:
" To apply through the common app for the undergraduate Universities that accept common app as this saves you a lot of time and effort.

" If you are running behind schedule then the only way to meet the deadline is to fill an online application form.  We suggest that you first fill a printed copy of the form before filling out the online form.  This way you have enough time to sort the information you need to submit.
