What is a resume?

A Resume is a document that enables the admissions committee to gain an overall view of your previous:

  • Educational qualifications,

  • work experience,

  • Extra-curricular activities and

  • Interests

I am an undergraduate applicant; do I need to insert a resume?

No, you do not need to insert a resume unless specifically asked by a particular school. Please see the Sample Resume that we have created, if you need one.

What value does the resume provide to my application package?

A resume gives the Admissions Committee a complete overview of your profile: academic and cocurricular activities that you have participated in the last few years.

Should I insert a resume in my applications even if I am not asked for one?

If you are applying for a Bachelors degree or a Masters in any non-business field then you don’t need to.  MBAs even if not asked for a resume, please enclose one.
