ENROLLMENT
CONDITIONS
It
is essential that you clearly understand the following before
enrolling with Madhavi Desai Consulting, please enroll only if all
of the below are agreeable to you:

Our
professional services maximize the probability of
your securing admission and financial aid at a reputed
educational institution. Please note, however, that we do
not guarantee the above. Your success depends,
ultimately, on your academic caliber and your commitment to
the application process.

We
assure complete confidentiality in all
student interactions; we realize that grades/
scores, financial papers etc. are very sensitive documents.

The
application process is fairly demanding, and requires
commitment from us and from you. If we observe that your
commitment to the process is waning (e.g. you fail to meet our
internal deadlines, or to show-up for scheduled appointments),
we reserve the right to terminate your enrollment.
No fees will be refunded
under any circumstances.

We
prefer not to entertain “external advice” from a
student’s relatives or friends, who may, with all good
intent, offer advice on which institution you should apply to.
In the event you wish to apply to institutions other than
those recommended by us, you may do so at your own risk. We
have no vested interest in your going to a specific
institution; only in ensuring that you secure the best
possible option for yourself.

All
expenses incurred during the application process i.e.
application fees, standardized test fees, downloading and
printing Application forms and mailing charges, are to be
borne by the student; these are not covered by the enrollment
fees.

All
meetings should be scheduled in advanced. “Walk-in
meetings” will not be entertained. If you have any
doubts you may phone and clarify.

Your
enrollment with us is for a single degree, a single
major and a single country. If at any point in the
process you decide to change your degree or major OR want
to process for additional countries or majors, you will have
to pay for the additional research.

If
you choose to terminate your application process you will not
be eligible for a refund.

The
enrollment fee holds good for the semester that you wish to
proceed for. If you postpone your plans, we will resume our
services only after you pay us the additional fee prevalent at
that time.

We
do not refund the enrollment fee under ANY circumstances
