Identifying the correct Free Score recipients:
To apply for admissions to US universities, international students need to take some standardized exams which are conducted by ETS (Educational Testing Services) worldwide such as:

TOEFL –Test of English as a Foreign Language - to be taken by all international students whose native language is not English, e.g. India, Bangladesh, China and so on.

Cost of the exam US$ 110(2001-2002) which includes three free score reports each priced at US$ 12, hence your savings = US$ 36 (Rs.1620)

To obtain admission your TOEFL score reports/mark-sheets have to be sent to all ten colleges in original. The cost of each score report is US$ 12, if you apply for 10 colleges = US$ 120, however the cost of the exam includes 3 free score reports… BUT the question is to save the US$ 36 which colleges do you send these to?

No matter how many web sites you surf it is impossible to find this answer….however, Madhavi Desai Consulting is ready with these cost saving and accurate answers.

SAT – Scholastic Aptitude Test - for undergraduate students. Cost of the exam US$ 55 (2001-2002). Four free score reports are sent and the cost of the exam and others cost US$ 6.50 each

GMAT –Graduate Management Aptitude Test - for those applying to the MBA programs. Cost of the exam US$ 200 (2001-2002) Five free score reports are sent and others cost US$ 25 each

GRE – Graduate Record Examination - for students applying to graduate programs, to name a few Engineering, Physics and Journalism. Cost of the exam US$ 125 (2001-2002) Four free score reports are sent and others cost US$ 13 each

Most of the 5000 students enrolled have taken our Total Service, where we guide the student from the School Selection process till s/he gets the Student Visa.

However there maybe some of you who do not require the full service, hence we have detailed below the fees and processes for the different services you may require….

How does one begin? For those living outside Bombay/India, there is no need to visit our office as we have students from 40 cities across India and students from 19 countries who enroll with us every year and whom we successfully help gain admissions and financial aid, where required. And we have done so through the net!!

To enlist for the Total Service there are a number of steps involved:

Immediately we research and identify the Universities that you should apply to which are then emailed to you with the website addresses.

If you have not already registered for the TOEFL and GRE/GMAT/SAT exams we will help you with the same. The registration forms will come directly to you. You will need a valid PASSPORT with a recent picture before you are allowed to take the above exams, so act quickly if you have an old picture or passport, renew it now.

Universities judge your admission prospects in several ways. One of which is your ability to write ESSAYS, which are to be submitted with the applications. We assist in reviewing and editing the required essays or mission statements with your cooperation. The FINAL ESSAYS are sent to you so that you may attach them to your Application Forms and mail them directly to the universities.

Universities require that 3 teachers provide RECOMMENDATION LETTERS to assess your chances of admissions. For which we will provide drafts/ sample letters if required, along with all the instructions on how to complete the preparation for recommendation letters.

Preparing the Transcripts – These are cumulative grade reports, which are required from your school and/or college. Will send you samples of the same, along with all the instructions on how to complete the preparation for Transcripts.

Show you how to obtain the required Financial Certification from your bank, a sample will be provided for the same.

The Financial Aid Form has to be filled very skillfully which we will assist you with.

Finally, once you have gained Admission then we assist you with the VISA formalities.

School Selection is an extensive process. We will research and shortlist schools based on your background and requirements. The details we provide you, will include the Deadlines, Essay Topics, Costs, Application Form URL and any other relevant details we feel is important for you. Finally, after you receive your admission decisions, we will assist you with making the Final choice of school.

Recommendation Letter Drafts
For High School / UG / MS candidates: Rs 750 PER RECO.

For MBA Candidates: Rs. 1,500 PER RECO.

This involves us drafting your customized recommendation letters that are to be reviewed and signed by your teachers. We will assist you with 3 Recommendation Letters.

For MS = Rs 2,500 PER ESSAY

For UG = Rs 3,500 PER ESSAY for Personal Statement (SOP) Essay. Any customization of the Personal Statement as required by each University is an additional Rs 1,000/- per customization.

For MBA = Rs 5,500 for Personal Statement (SOP) Essay. Any customization of the Personal Statement as required by each University is an additional Rs 1,500/- per customization.

We will review and edit your essay. This service entails you emailing us your raw and unedited inputs on a given topic and we will email it back to you thoroughly drafted, ready to print to enclose in your application package. Needless to add that there are some time constraints on this facility, you cannot email us one day before your deadline and expect a response.

Only Financial Aid :Rs 3,500

International (Non – American) Students applying for a Bachelor’s (Undergraduate) degree need to file for Financial Aid separately, and carefully. We will assist you with this process of effectively presenting your finances and applying for Financial Aid. But keep in mind that for those applying for an Undergraduate degree, if you are looking for Financial Aid you also need to choose your schools wisely, as this impacts your ability to obtain aid.

Only FAFSA : Rs 3,500

(Free Application for Federal Student Aid)

American Citizens can apply for federal Aid, for which they are expected to file the FAFSA. We will assist you with the entire process of filling and filing this FAFSA.

Only Visa:

Rs 6,500 if you have never applied for a visa before this.

Rs 7,500 if you have been REJECTED any visa in the past three years.
